Return & Refunds

Here at Audio Imperial, we understand how important it is for you to find the right product for your home audio system. If you ever have any concerns or worries, we’ll do whatever we can to help. Simply email us at support@audioimperial.com or call us on the number down below!

A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any returns.

All returns must be reported within 30 days of delivery. If your return exceeds the 30-day mark, we will not honor the return request.


Returns Policy (All Products)

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee per product may apply depending on the condition of the item and reason for return.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, installed, or show signs of wear.

For items that arrive damaged, the issue must be documented with clear photos immediately upon delivery. If damage is visible, delivery should be refused whenever possible.


Here’s how to get started on your return:

  1. To start your return, please email us at support@audioimperial.com with the subject line: “Return, Order #” and state the reason for your return in the email body.
  2. Let us know the reason you are initiating the return. If the issue is due to damage or an error on our end, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.
  3. When repackaging the item, please ensure the product is unused, free from signs of wear, and returned in its original packaging. If items are returned in used or damaged condition (evidence will be documented), additional fees of up to 15% may apply.
  4. Be prepared to provide photos or videos of the item if requested. In most cases, we may require 3–5 images clearly showing the issue.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our side. In those cases, we will cover return shipping.

To return an item, you may request a return label (cost deducted from refund) or ship it back yourself. Once received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless otherwise required by law or special circumstances approved by our team.

All returned items must be in original condition and original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Items must not show visible damage, signs of use, odors, or wear. Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a full return.

If returned items do not meet these conditions, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on inspection results.


What Happens If...

I want an exchange?
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.

If your item arrives damaged and you need an exchange, email support@audioimperial.com with 3–5 photos or a video. Once verified, replacement items are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.


Change of mind?

If you change your mind, do not open or use the product. Opened or used items may not be eligible for return.

Return the item in unused condition and once approved, you may place a new order. Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days after approval.

A 3% credit card processing fee may apply.


I received a faulty or broken item

Contact support@audioimperial.com immediately with photos or video evidence. Once approved, a replacement will be sent within 1–2 business days.

Items covered under warranty are eligible for replacement if they become faulty within 180 days of delivery.


I received the wrong product

Do not open or use the product. Contact us immediately. Once verified, we will send a replacement and provide return instructions if needed.


My product never arrived

Please allow 5–10 business days after tracking is updated for delivery.

Before contacting us, check tracking updates, email spam folders, and alternate delivery locations such as mailrooms or neighbors.

If the shipment is still missing after the delivery window, contact us for assistance.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is not found, we will help investigate and resolve the issue.


I want to cancel after ordering

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot always be stopped.


Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant systems.


Refunds

Refunds typically take 7–15 business days depending on your bank or payment provider after approval.
