2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing: 2–3 business days after payment confirmation
Shipping: 5–10 business days after shipment
Total estimated delivery: 7–13 business days

3. How are orders shipped?
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or specialized freight carriers for oversized items. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer for speed and safety.

4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Audio Imperial ships within the United States only.

5. How do I check my order status?
Use your tracking number on our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours with 3–5 photos or a short video. Return shipping for damaged items is covered by Audio Imperial. Replacement delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

7. My package shows delivered, but I can’t find it
Check with neighbors and common delivery areas. If not found, we provide a one-time replacement.

8. Can I look up my order without tracking?
Yes, use the Track Your Order page and enter your order number.

9. How secure is your website?
All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways. Audio Imperial does not store your credit card information.
