How long does order processing take?

Shipping & Delivery

How are products shipped?
All products, including amplifiers, speakers, DACs, or etc are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight delivery services depending on the size and weight of the item. Larger items may require scheduled delivery appointments and a signature upon receipt.

What are your estimated delivery times?
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment within the United States.

Do larger deliveries require appointments?
Some freight shipments require a scheduled delivery appointment and may require an adult signature. Depending on the carrier, certain deliveries may be curbside.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.


Damaged or Missing Orders

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

What if my package is missing?
Please check tracking updates and verify with the carrier or delivery location. If your order is confirmed lost, contact our support team for assistance.


Warranty & Returns

Do your products include manufacturer warranties?
Yes. All eligible products include manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms vary by brand and product.

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

No. Audio Imperial currently ships within the United States only.
