Yes. Every product we sell is brand new, factory sealed, and sourced exclusively through official brand distribution channels. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, pre-owned, or grey-market products. If a product listing states otherwise, please contact us to verify before purchasing.
Purchasing from an authorized dealer like Audio Imperial guarantees you receive:
- A genuine, non-counterfeit product directly from official supply channels
- The manufacturer’s full warranty with a legitimate claims channel
- Eligibility for brand-issued firmware updates and software support
- Access to official brand customer service for product support
Products purchased from unauthorized (grey-market) sellers may have their manufacturer warranties voided entirely, even if the product is genuine. Audio Imperial’s authorized status protects your investment.
Audio Imperial offers products across five core hi-fi categories:
- Amplifiers & Receivers — Integrated stereo amplifiers and combos
- DACs — Digital-to-analog converters for digital sources
- Music Streamers — Network audio players for hi-res streaming
- Speakers — Bookshelf, standmount, and floorstanding loudspeakers
- Turntables — Belt-drive and direct-drive vinyl players
Each product listing includes a description, key features, and available specifications as provided by the manufacturer. If you require additional technical details—such as impedance, power output, connectivity options, or compatibility information—please contact our team and we will supply the full datasheet or manufacturer specification sheet.
Yes. If there is a specific product from one of our authorized brand partners that you are looking for but cannot find listed, reach out to us at support@audioimperial.com. We will do our best to source it for you or advise on availability and timeline.
We carry integrated stereo amplifiers from premium brands including Audiolab and Cyrus. Integrated amplifiers combine a preamplifier and power amplifier in a single unit, making them ideal for building a complete hi-fi system. Our catalog includes models suitable for entry-level enthusiasts through to serious audiophiles seeking high-output, low-distortion performance.
Browse our full amplifier range at audioimperial.com/collections/amplifiers.
The key matching criteria between amplifiers and speakers are:
- Impedance (Ohms): Match your amplifier’s rated load to your speakers’ nominal impedance (typically 4Ω, 6Ω, or 8Ω)
- Power output (Watts): The amplifier’s RMS wattage per channel should be at or above your speakers’ recommended power handling
- Sensitivity: Higher sensitivity speakers (90dB+) require less amplifier power to achieve high volumes
If you need pairing advice, contact our team—we are happy to recommend compatible combinations from our catalog.
Some integrated amplifiers in our range include a built-in phono preamplifier (phono stage), while others do not. Check the product specification on the individual listing, or contact us to confirm compatibility before pairing with one of our turntables. If your amplifier lacks a phono stage, a standalone phono preamp can be added to the signal chain.
All products sold by Audio Imperial are configured for the U.S. market (110–120V, 60Hz) and include U.S.-compatible power cables where applicable. Our authorized dealer status ensures products are supplied in their correct regional specification—unlike grey-market sellers who may ship international-voltage units without disclosure.
A DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) converts digital audio signals from sources like computers, streaming devices, or CD players into the analog signal your amplifier and speakers can reproduce. Every digital audio chain requires a DAC—the question is whether your existing device’s built-in DAC is good enough.
A dedicated external DAC improves sound quality by providing a more precise, lower-noise conversion than the budget chips typically found in computers, phones, or entry-level receivers. If you stream music at high resolution or use lossless audio files, a standalone DAC will noticeably improve your listening experience.
We carry DACs from Audiolab, Cyrus, and Violectric. The Violectric DHA V3802, for example, combines a high-end headphone amplifier with a professional-grade DAC and preamplifier in a single chassis. Browse our full DAC range at audioimperial.com/collections/dacs.
Input support varies by model. Common inputs across our DAC range include USB-B (for computer connection), optical (TosLink), coaxial S/PDIF, and AES/EBU (on professional-grade units). Refer to individual product listings for detailed input specifications, or contact us to confirm compatibility with your existing source equipment.
Yes. Most DACs we carry support high-resolution audio playback including PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz and DSD (up to DSD512) on compatible models. Supported formats are specified in each product listing. Contact us if you need to verify compatibility with a specific streaming service or file format.
We carry loudspeakers from Mission and Q Acoustics—two of the most respected British speaker brands in the world. Our range includes:
- Floorstanding (tower) speakers — e.g., Mission LX-4 MKII with dual bass drivers
- Bookshelf speakers — Compact standmount designs for smaller rooms
- Standmount speakers — Monitor-style cabinets for stand placement
Browse all speakers at audioimperial.com/collections/speakers.
This varies by product. Some speakers in our range are sold individually (each), particularly floorstanding models designed to be purchased in pairs at the customer’s discretion. Other models are listed and sold as a matched stereo pair. The product listing will clearly indicate whether a price is per speaker or per pair. If you are uncertain, contact us before ordering.
All speakers we carry are passive loudspeakers, meaning they require an external amplifier to drive them. They cannot be plugged directly into a computer, phone, or streaming device. If you are building a system from scratch, you will need both a compatible amplifier and speakers—our team can recommend matched pairings from our range.
As a general guide: bookshelf speakers work well in rooms up to approximately 200 sq. ft. and near-field listening setups. Floorstanding speakers suit medium to large rooms (200–500+ sq. ft.) and provide fuller bass without a subwoofer. Contact our team with your room dimensions and listening preferences and we will recommend suitable options from our catalog.
We are an authorized dealer for Dual Electronics, one of the most heritage-rich turntable brands in the world with decades of engineering excellence. Our Dual range includes both belt-drive and direct-drive models spanning entry-level through audiophile performance. Browse our full turntable range at audioimperial.com/collections/turntables.
Many of our Dual Electronics turntables support all three standard vinyl speeds: 33⅓ RPM (LPs), 45 RPM (singles and 12” EPs), and 78 RPM (shellac 78s). Speed support varies by model—check the individual product listing or contact us to confirm before purchase if 78 RPM compatibility is important to you.
Some models in our turntable range include a built-in phono preamp, allowing direct connection to amplifiers with standard RCA or AUX inputs. Others output a raw phono-level signal and require either an amplifier with a dedicated phono input or a standalone phono preamplifier. Product listings specify whether a built-in phono stage is included. We can recommend compatible pairings on request.
Yes, select models in our turntable range include Bluetooth output, allowing wireless streaming to compatible speakers or headphones. This is specified in individual product listings. If Bluetooth functionality is a requirement, filter by this feature or contact us to identify the right model for your needs.
Belt-drive: The motor is isolated from the platter by a rubber belt, which reduces motor vibration being transmitted to the stylus. Generally preferred for critical listening and audiophile applications.
Direct-drive: The motor drives the platter directly, offering faster start-up speeds, more stable speed consistency, and greater torque. Favored by DJs and those who prioritize speed accuracy. Our Dual CS 618Q is a direct-drive model renowned for extremely low rumble and precise speed.
Both configurations produce excellent sound; the best choice depends on your use case and priorities.
A music streamer (also called a network audio player) connects to your home network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and streams audio from internet services (Spotify, Tidal, Qobuz, Apple Music) and local network-attached storage (NAS) or USB drives. Many streamers include a built-in DAC; some are transport-only and require an external DAC.
A standalone DAC does not fetch content independently—it only converts a digital signal it receives from another source. A streamer is the source; a DAC is the converter. Many serious listeners use both in their system.
Streaming service compatibility depends on the model. Our range typically supports platforms including Spotify Connect, Tidal, Qobuz, Amazon Music HD, Apple AirPlay 2, Chromecast Audio, and UPnP/DLNA for local network playback. Supported services are specified in each product listing—contact us if you need to confirm a specific platform.
Yes. The streamers we carry are designed for high-fidelity playback and support hi-resolution audio including FLAC, WAV, AIFF, ALAC up to 32-bit/384kHz PCM and DSD on compatible models. Lossless streaming from services like Tidal HiFi Plus and Qobuz Studio is fully supported where the streaming platform and your subscription tier allow it.
Yes—network streamers connect to your amplifier via standard analog RCA outputs (on models with a built-in DAC) or via digital outputs (coaxial, optical, or USB) if you are using a separate external DAC. Most existing stereo amplifiers with standard line-level inputs are compatible. Contact us with your existing equipment details and we will confirm compatibility before purchase.
Yes—every product sold by Audio Imperial qualifies for the manufacturer’s full original warranty. Because we are an authorized dealer sourcing directly through official brand channels, your product is fully covered by the brand’s standard warranty terms. Specific warranty periods and coverage details are included with each product and on the product listing page.
Warranty lengths vary by brand and product category. As a general guide:
- Audiolab: Typically 2 years for U.S. authorized purchases
- Cyrus: Typically 2 years
- Dual Electronics: Typically 1–2 years
- Mission: Typically 2 years
- Q Acoustics: Typically 5 years (drivers and cabinets)
- Violectric: Typically 2 years
Always verify the warranty period on the specific product listing or accompanying product documentation, as terms may vary by model.
Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. They generally do not cover:
- Physical damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper installation
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., stylus wear on turntables)
- Damage caused by operating outside specified voltage or environmental conditions
Refer to the warranty card or documentation included with your specific product for full terms.
Contact us first at support@audioimperial.com with your order number, product model, a description of the fault, and photographs where applicable. We will advise whether the issue falls within warranty coverage and coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange repair, replacement, or further technical assessment.
Do not attempt to repair or open the unit yourself during the warranty period, as this may void your coverage.
Most premium audio brands tie their warranty coverage to purchases made through authorized dealers. A grey-market product is one sourced outside official distribution channels—for example, a European-market unit sold in the U.S. by an unofficial reseller.
When you buy from Audio Imperial, your purchase is registered within the brand’s authorized dealer network, giving you a clear, legitimate warranty claim path. Grey-market buyers often discover their warranty is void when the manufacturer verifies the product was not sold through an authorized U.S. dealer.
