You must be at least 18 years old, and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your state, to create an account or place an order with Audio Imperial. Our products and store are not directed at, and we do not knowingly sell to, anyone under the age of 18.
Audio Imperial ships only to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not accept orders intended for delivery outside the United States, including U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address you provide is a valid residential or commercial address within the 50 states.
Audio Imperial sells new, hi-fi audio equipment from established manufacturers including Audiolab, Cyrus, Dual Electronics, Mission, Q Acoustics, and Violectric. Our catalog is organized into the following categories, browsable from our All Products page:
We describe every product as accurately as possible, using manufacturer specifications and our own product photography where available. We do not guarantee that product images perfectly represent the exact color or finish of the item you receive, due to differences in display calibration, lighting, and manufacturing batch.
All prices on audioimperial.com are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable state and local law. Shipping charges, if any, are also calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to keep prices and stock levels accurate. Occasionally a product may be mispriced, mislabeled, or out of stock due to a system, supplier, or human error. If this happens after you place an order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number on your order before charging you any corrected amount, and you will have the choice to confirm the corrected order, choose an alternative product, or cancel for a full refund.
Promotional pricing, discount codes, and rebate offers are valid only for the period stated in the applicable promotion and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion at any time without affecting orders already completed under that promotion.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from support@audioimperial.com. This confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it is not a guarantee that the product is in stock or that we have accepted the order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear to involve fraud, suspected resale at commercial scale outside an authorized dealer relationship, or a billing or shipping address we cannot verify.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, Diners Club, and financing through a third-party financing partner where offered. Checkout is processed through Shopify's platform and protected with SSL/TLS encryption. We do not directly receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank account credentials; this data is tokenized by our payment processor as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you choose financing at checkout, your financing application and repayment terms are governed by the financing provider's own agreement with you, separate from these Terms. We are not a party to that financing agreement and are not responsible for its terms.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories. A restocking fee of up to 15% applies to non-defective returns due to change of mind; this fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective. Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase, after which the order may already be in fulfillment and subject to our return process instead.

The audio equipment we sell is covered by the warranty provided by its original manufacturer (such as Audiolab, Cyrus, Dual Electronics, Mission, Q Acoustics, or Violectric), not by a separate warranty from Audio Imperial. Warranty length and coverage vary by manufacturer and product; specific terms are available on the manufacturer's website or included with your product's documentation.
If a product develops a manufacturer defect within the applicable warranty period, contact us at support@audioimperial.com and we will help coordinate a resolution with the manufacturer or process the claim directly, depending on the brand's process. We may ask for photos, a video, or the serial number of the unit to verify a warranty claim.
Except for the manufacturer's warranty described above and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable state or federal law, products are sold "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Creating an account is optional; you may also check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@audioimperial.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep that information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used for fraudulent activity, or is used to violate these Terms.

You may view, download, and print content from our site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Manufacturer brand names, model names, and logos shown on product pages (such as Audiolab, Cyrus, Dual Electronics, Mission, Q Acoustics, and Violectric) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to accurately identify the genuine products we sell. Use of these names does not imply endorsement of Audio Imperial by the manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NMG Express LLC, its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of audioimperial.com or any product purchased from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of use, or damage to other equipment connected to or used with a product purchased from us.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in small claims court for disputes that qualify.
