Warranty &
Guarantee Policy
Every product sold at Audio Imperial is genuine, new, and backed by its manufacturer’s full warranty. Here is exactly what that means for you, what is covered, how to make a claim, and your rights as a U.S. consumer under federal and Florida law.
What You Need to Know, Right Up Front
Audio Imperial sells exclusively new, genuine, factory-sealed products from authorized brand channels. Every item ships with its full manufacturer warranty. Here are the six most important facts about your coverage.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products carry a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty. Specific terms vary by brand and are listed on each product page.
100% New & Genuine
We sell only brand-new, factory-sealed products sourced through official brand distribution. No refurbished, used, or grey-market items, ever.
30-Day Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our Return Policy.
Dead-on-Arrival Support
If your product arrives defective or non-functional out of the box, contact us within 5 business days. We resolve DOA cases with a replacement or full refund.
USA-Only Service Territory
Audio Imperial ships exclusively within the United States. Manufacturer warranties are valid in the USA through authorized U.S. dealer channels.
Federal Law Compliance
All warranties are issued and honored in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312) and FTC warranty rules.
Sold by an Authorized Dealer. Backed by the Manufacturer.
Audio Imperial is operated by NMG Express LLC, a Florida-registered LLC (Registration No. L22000078949, EIN: 88-0909093), based at 4809 Laddie Ct, Orlando, FL 32821, USA. All products are sourced through official, authorized brand distribution channels in the United States.
Because we are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, your product qualifies for the full manufacturer’s limited warranty from the date of purchase. This means the warranty is registered through legitimate channels and cannot be denied by the manufacturer on the grounds of unauthorized resale.
In addition to manufacturer warranty coverage, Audio Imperial offers a 30-day satisfaction return window and immediate dead-on-arrival resolution. These commitments exist alongside, and do not replace, any rights you have under federal or state consumer protection law.
“Buying from an authorized dealer like Audio Imperial is the only way to guarantee your manufacturer warranty is valid and enforceable. Grey-market purchases may result in warranty denial by the brand directly.”

Please retain it for the full duration of your warranty. Warranty terms listed above represent standard durations as of the effective date of this policy; manufacturers may update their terms independently. Always verify current terms in the product documentation included in the box or on the manufacturer’s official website.
What Your Manufacturer Warranty Covers
The manufacturer’s limited warranty that accompanies every product sold by Audio Imperial covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The following failures are covered during the warranty period, starting from your date of purchase.
This is a Limited Warranty as defined under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Coverage is for manufacturing defects only and does not extend to accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. Your statutory rights under U.S. law, including implied warranties of merchantability, exist independently and are not waived by this limited warranty.
Failures caused by substandard or faulty materials used in the manufacturing of the product, including circuit boards, enclosures, drivers, wiring, and internal components.
Assembly errors, faulty solder joints, improperly fitted components, and other production-line failures that cause the product to function incorrectly under normal use.
Components that fail to function as specified from the outset, including amplification stages that do not meet rated output, DAC chips that produce incorrect output, or drive motors that operate outside specification.
Loudspeaker drivers, tweeters, woofers, and crossover components that fail or produce distortion or silence under normal listening conditions without physical abuse or overpowering.
On turntables: bearing failures, belt failures, tonearm pivot issues, speed inconsistency caused by motor defects, and phono preamp malfunctions that occur during the warranty period.
On music streamers: failures in the network interface, BluOS module, digital inputs/outputs, USB connectivity, or internal DAC hardware that prevent the product from operating as specified.
What the Manufacturer Warranty Does Not Cover
The following situations and conditions are explicitly excluded from manufacturer warranty coverage. These exclusions are standard across all brands we carry and are consistent with typical limited warranty terms under U.S. law. This section is disclosed in full to ensure there are no surprises.
Cracks, dents, scratches, drops, spills, or any damage caused by an accident, regardless of when it occurred after delivery.
Any modifications, alterations, or repair attempts performed by anyone other than an authorized brand service center void the warranty on affected components.
Using a product outside its rated specifications, such as driving speakers or amplifiers beyond their rated power limits, or using incorrect voltage.
Normal surface wear, fading of finishes, minor scratches from regular use, or wear to knobs, buttons, and other frequently handled components that do not affect function.
Damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, improper voltage supply, or failure to use appropriate surge-protection equipment.
Styluses (needles) on turntables, belts where wear is expected, fuses, and other consumables that require periodic replacement under normal use are not covered.
Damage that occurs after the product has been received and accepted by the buyer in good condition. (Shipping damage upon arrival is handled separately—see below.)
Problems arising from third-party software, operating system incompatibilities, or user-initiated firmware failures do not qualify as manufacturing defects under the hardware warranty.
Loss through theft, damage from floods, fire, extreme humidity, or other environmental conditions outside the manufacturer’s stated operating range are not covered.
Products sold on this website are rated for domestic/residential use. Damage resulting from use in commercial, broadcasting, or professional live-sound applications is excluded.
Note on Implied Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the warranty period stated above. Some U.S. states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; in those states, the above limitation may not apply to you. See the “Your State Rights” section below for details.
Dead-on-Arrival & Shipping Damage
Audio Imperial takes full responsibility for products that arrive at your door in a non-functional or damaged state. The following policies apply specifically to arrival-condition issues and are separate from, and in addition to, the manufacturer warranty.
Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Products
If your product does not power on, produces no audio output, or is otherwise non-functional when first taken out of the box and used as directed, it qualifies as Dead-on-Arrival. You must contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date to report a DOA issue. We will arrange for either a free replacement or a full refund at your preference, including return shipping at our expense. Do not attempt to repair or return the product without contacting us first.
Shipping Damage on Arrival
If your package arrives with visible external damage to the box, or if the product inside is physically damaged when unpacked, report the issue to us within 3 business days of delivery. You must retain all original packaging materials and take photographs of the damage before contacting us, as these are required for the carrier claim process. We will file the carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund.
Documentation Required for Arrival Claims: (1) Clear photos of the outer packaging showing damage; (2) clear photos of the damaged or non-functional product; (3) your original order confirmation email or order number; (4) a brief written description of the issue. Email all documentation to support@audioimperial.com or call +1 888-865-1086 during business hours.
Report an Arrival Issue
What to Include in Your Claim Email
- 01 Your full name and order number (found in your confirmation email)
- 02 The product name and model number as shown on the box
- 03 A clear description of the defect or issue you are experiencing
- 04 Photos or short video showing the defect or damage (attach to email)
- 05 The delivery date and whether packaging showed signs of damage on arrival
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If your product develops a fault during the manufacturer warranty period that you believe is covered, follow these steps. Audio Imperial serves as your first point of contact for all warranty matters. We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer or their authorized service network on your behalf.
Do not ship your product back to us without authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or processed. Always contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Your Audio Imperial order confirmation email is your proof of purchase. Always use the email address you used when placing your order to contact us, as this speeds up verification.
Contact Audio Imperial Support
Reach out to us by email at support@audioimperial.com, by phone at +1 888-865-1086, or via live chat on our website. Describe the fault in detail and include your order number, product model, and date of purchase. Our team will confirm whether the issue falls within warranty coverage.
Provide Documentation & Evidence
Send us your proof of purchase (order confirmation email), photos or video showing the fault, and the product’s serial number (found on the unit itself or its packaging). This information is required to begin the warranty assessment process.
Receive Your RMA Number
Once we have reviewed your claim and confirmed warranty eligibility, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of your return package. We will also provide the correct return shipping address and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging where possible. Include all original accessories. Ship using the carrier and method we specify. We recommend retaining a tracking number for your records. Products damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging are not covered by the warranty.
Assessment & Resolution
Upon receipt, the product is inspected by our team or forwarded to the manufacturer’s authorized service center. If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Typically, resolution takes 10–20 business days from when we receive the unit, depending on the brand’s service process. We will keep you updated throughout.
30-Day Satisfaction Return Window
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, Audio Imperial offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if the product does not meet your expectations after setting it up in your listening environment, you may return it within this window.
This policy is an Audio Imperial commitment, separate from and in addition to any manufacturer warranty. It is provided to give customers the confidence to invest in premium hi-fi equipment without risk.
The 30-day window begins on the date shown in your carrier’s delivery confirmation, not on the order date. This gives you a full month from the moment the product is in your hands to evaluate it in your home listening environment.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in its original, unmodified condition with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging.
You must contact us first to receive an RMA number before returning. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Products showing signs of physical damage, modification, or missing components may be subject to a restocking assessment or partial refund.
For returns due to a change of mind (not a defect), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To initiate a return, email support@audioimperial.com with your order number and reason for return. You can also call us at +1 888-865-1086 during business hours.
Out-of-Warranty Repair Assistance
When your manufacturer warranty expires, your product can still be repaired or serviced. Audio Imperial can assist you in identifying the correct manufacturer-authorized service center in the United States for your specific brand and product. Out-of-warranty repairs are handled directly between you and the service center; costs and timelines are determined by the service provider.
Authorized Service Centers
Contact us and we will direct you to the nearest authorized service provider for your product’s brand. Using an authorized center ensures genuine parts and trained technicians.
Cost Estimates
Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted by the service center. Diagnostic fees may apply before a repair cost is confirmed. Audio Imperial does not collect any fees for connecting you with authorized service providers.
Contact Us to Get Started
Email support@audioimperial.com with your product name, model, serial number, and a description of the fault. We will reply within one business day with service center contact details.
U.S. Warranty Law & Consumer Protections
This warranty policy is issued and honored in full compliance with all applicable U.S. federal laws governing consumer product warranties. The following federal statutes directly govern your rights as a buyer.
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312. This federal law requires that all written warranties on consumer products be clear, easily understandable, and available before purchase. It defines full warranties vs. limited warranties, and prohibits sellers from conditioning warranty coverage on the use of a specific branded product (tie-in requirements). Our warranty is a Limited Written Warranty as defined under this Act.
FTC Warranty Rules
16 C.F.R. Parts 701 & 702. FTC regulations require that warranty terms be made available to consumers before purchase in a clear and conspicuous manner. Audio Imperial complies by publishing this policy on our website and including warranty documentation with every product. We do not disclaim implied warranties except as permitted by law.
FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45)
Prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce. All warranty representations on this page and on individual product listings are accurate, specific, and non-misleading. We do not make claims about warranty coverage that are broader than what the manufacturer actually provides, nor do we obscure exclusions.
UCC Implied Warranty of Merchantability
Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as adopted in Florida, products sold are implicitly warranted to be fit for their ordinary purpose. Audio Imperial does not sell products with known defects and does not attempt to disclaim this implied warranty beyond what is permitted under applicable state law.
Florida Consumer Protection Laws
Chapter 501, Florida Statutes (Florida Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, FUDTPA). As a Florida-registered business, NMG Express LLC (Audio Imperial) is subject to Florida’s consumer protection statutes. These laws prohibit deceptive warranty practices and provide consumers with the right to pursue claims for deceptive or unfair conduct.
Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA)
15 U.S.C. §§ 2051–2089. All products sold by Audio Imperial are sourced through authorized channels and comply with applicable U.S. product safety standards. We do not sell grey-market, recalled, or non-compliant products. If a manufacturer issues a recall on a product we have sold, we will notify affected customers and coordinate the recall remedy.
Your Rights Vary by State
The United States does not have a single uniform consumer product warranty law across all 50 states. Each state may provide rights that are broader than, or in addition to, the federal baseline established by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Audio Imperial ships to all 50 U.S. states, and the following notice applies to all customers regardless of location.
The limitations and exclusions described in this warranty policy may not apply to you depending on the state in which you reside, as some states do not permit exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or incidental/consequential damages. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or diminish any right you have under your state’s consumer protection laws.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Where your state law provides rights that are broader than what this policy describes, those rights apply and this policy does not limit them.
Specific State Notices
California consumers are protected by the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1790–1795.8). California law does not permit disclaimers of implied warranties on new consumer goods. If a warrantor fails to repair a defect after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund (“lemon law” protections).
New York General Business Law § 198-a provides lemon law protections for consumer goods. New York law similarly prohibits disclaimers of implied warranties on consumer products, ensuring that products sold in New York are impliedly warranted to be merchantable and fit for their intended purpose.
Texas Business & Commerce Code § 17.41 et seq. (DTPA) provides consumers with remedies against deceptive trade practices, including false warranty representations. Texas consumers may have rights to additional damages beyond those stated in this policy.
All 50 U.S. states have enacted consumer protection laws that may provide additional rights beyond federal warranty law. To find the specific laws applicable in your state, visit your state attorney general’s consumer protection division website.
