Every product sold through audioimperial.com is a genuine, brand-new unit from the listed manufacturer. Audio Imperial does not sell refurbished, remanufactured, open-box, counterfeit, or gray-market goods. We do not sell used items.

We source our inventory directly through authorized distributor and manufacturer supply channels in the United States. The brands currently represented in our catalog include:

5. Geographic Coverage & Shipping Territory

United States Delivery Only Audio Imperial ships exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, P.O. boxes (for freight shipments), Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any international destination. All transactions on this website are conducted in U.S. dollars and governed by U.S. law.

Customers attempting to check out with a shipping address outside the United States will not be able to complete their order. We have no plans to offer international shipping at this time. If you access audioimperial.com from outside the United States, you are doing so of your own accord and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We make no representation that any product is available or appropriate for use outside the United States.

6. Pricing, Currency & Sales Tax

All prices displayed on audioimperial.com are expressed in United States Dollars (USD). No other currency is accepted or quoted. Product prices are shown on each product page and in the shopping cart and reflect the amount you will be charged for the item itself, before applicable taxes are applied.

Price Accuracy We make every effort to ensure all prices are accurate and current. If an error in price is discovered after you place your order, we will contact you before processing to discuss your options — including canceling for a full refund.
Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders. Applicable shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. You will never be charged a shipping amount not shown at the time of your order.
Sales Tax Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rates in effect on the date of your order. The tax amount is clearly displayed as a separate line item before you complete your purchase. Audio Imperial collects and remits sales tax in full compliance with applicable U.S. state and local tax laws, including obligations arising under South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 U.S. 162 (2018), which extended sales tax collection duties to remote online sellers.

We do not charge hidden fees. The total amount shown at checkout — including product price, any applicable shipping cost, and sales tax — is the exact amount you will be charged. No additional charges are added after you confirm your order.

7. Payment Methods

Audio Imperial accepts the following payment methods through our secure Shopify-powered checkout. All payment processing is handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials on our servers at any time.

8. Order Processing & Cancellation

When you place an order on audioimperial.com, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email confirms that we have received your order — it does not constitute a binding acceptance of your order until the item has been verified available and payment has been authorized.

Order Processing Timeline Most orders are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays.
Cancellation Before Shipment If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@audioimperial.com or by calling +1 888-865-1086. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships and issue you a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched to a carrier and a tracking number has been assigned, it can no longer be cancelled — at that stage you would need to follow our return process after delivery.
Unavailable Items If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email and offer the option to select an alternative product or receive a full refund. We will not substitute a product without your approval.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Audio Imperial ships to all 50 U.S. states only. Depending on the size, weight, and nature of the product, shipments are dispatched via standard carriers or freight delivery.

Freight Deliveries Larger items such as floorstanding speakers and certain amplifiers may ship via freight. Freight deliveries may require a scheduled appointment and a signature upon receipt. The carrier will contact you to arrange this.
Damaged Deliveries If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery immediately and contact us right away. Accepting a visibly damaged delivery without documentation may limit your claim. See our Return & Refund Policy for full instructions.

10. Returns & Refunds

Audio Imperial operates a transparent returns process. Below is a plain-language summary of our key return terms. Our full, binding return terms are available in our Refund Policy.

Return Term Details
Return Window 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. Returns reported after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligible Condition Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and with all original accessories included. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
Change-of-Mind Returns Accepted within 30 days. A restocking fee of 15% of the product price applies. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Defective / Damaged Items No restocking fee. No return shipping cost to you. Contact us immediately with photos documenting the damage or defect.
How to Initiate a Return Email support@audioimperial.com with subject line "Return, Order #[your order number]" and include the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed on our end.

11. Manufacturer Warranties

Every product sold by Audio Imperial comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty for that product as sold in the United States. Warranty terms, coverage periods, and the process for making a warranty claim differ by brand and product model. What Manufacturer Warranties Typically Cover Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that appear during normal use within the warranty period. The manufacturer is responsible for honoring warranty repairs or replacements. Audio Imperial will assist you in initiating a warranty claim by providing the required documentation and directing your claim to the appropriate brand contact.
What Manufacturer Warranties Typically Do Not Cover Physical damage caused after delivery; damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or improper installation; damage from operating a product outside its rated electrical or environmental specifications; or normal wear-and-tear. Manufacturer warranty terms are set by each brand, not by Audio Imperial, and are subject to change.

Manufacturer warranties operate independently of and in addition to your statutory rights under U.S. consumer protection law. See Section 12 for your legal consumer rights, which exist regardless of any manufacturer warranty.

12. Consumer Protection Rights Under U.S. Law

As a consumer purchasing goods from a U.S. retailer, you are protected by a range of federal and state laws. The following is a summary of your key legal rights. These rights cannot be waived, limited, or contracted away by any term in this notice or any other document Audio Imperial publishes.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312) Federal law governing written warranties on consumer products. Manufacturers who provide written warranties must clearly disclose whether the warranty is "full" or "limited," and must honor warranty terms in good faith. This Act also preserves your rights under state implied warranty laws.
Implied Warranty of Merchantability (UCC § 2-314) Under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Florida and most U.S. states, every product sold by a merchant carries an implied warranty that the product is of at least average quality and is fit for the ordinary purposes for which such products are normally used. This implied warranty runs alongside any written manufacturer warranty.
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Consumer Protection Rules The FTC enforces rules prohibiting deceptive trade practices in U.S. commerce. Under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), we are required to ship your order within the time stated (or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated), notify you of delays, and provide a full refund if we cannot fulfill within the revised shipping date or if you cancel due to our delay.
Florida Consumer Protection Laws NMG Express LLC is a Florida-registered LLC. Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA, Fla. Stat. §§ 501.201–501.213) prohibits unfair, deceptive, or unconscionable acts or practices in trade or commerce. Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA, 15 U.S.C. § 1666 et seq.) If you pay with a credit card, the FCBA gives you the right to dispute billing errors and unauthorized charges with your credit card issuer. In a dispute involving goods not received as described, your card issuer may initiate a chargeback process. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.) This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. Step 3 — Legal Proceedings Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to a purchase from Audio Imperial shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless you are entitled to bring such a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction in your state of residence under applicable consumer protection law.
