When You Can Cancel
Because most orders are processed and handed to a carrier quickly, your ability to cancel free of charge depends on how far the order has progressed. The windows below apply to all products sold on audioimperial.com, including amplifiers, DACs, music streamers, speakers, and turntables.
Before Processing Begins
Cancel any time before your order enters fulfillment for a full refund with no fees. Orders placed outside business hours can typically still be cancelled the same way until processing starts the next business day.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern. We make every reasonable effort to honor cancellation requests received before your order ships, even after the 1-hour grace period.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to arrange a return once the item is delivered.
Important: Custom-configured, special-order, or manufacturer-drop-shipped items may begin processing immediately upon order placement and may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed. Any such limitation is disclosed on the relevant product page prior to purchase, consistent with Google Shopping policy requirements for clear pre-purchase disclosure.
