Audio Imperial sells only genuine, new, authorized-channel hi-fi equipment. This notice explains what that means, how we prevent counterfeit or grey-market goods from reaching our shelves, and what to do if you ever have a concern.
Our Commitment to Genuine Products
Audio Imperial, operated by NMG Express LLC, is an authorized retailer of premium hi-fi audio equipment. Every amplifier, DAC, music streamer, speaker, and turntable listed on audioimperial.com is a new, genuine, factory-produced unit obtained through legitimate, authorized distribution channels. We do not knowingly list, sell, or ship counterfeit, replica, cloned, or unauthorized "grey-market" goods of any kind.
This notice exists because counterfeit and unauthorized electronics are a real problem in the consumer audio industry, and because we want every customer to understand exactly why a purchase from Audio Imperial is safe, traceable, and fully backed by the manufacturer. It also sets out the steps we take internally, and the steps you can take, to keep it that way.
This policy applies to all products sold under our six current brand partnerships and any brand we add to our catalog in the future, and is provided in the interest of full transparency in compliance with U.S. consumer protection, trademark, and anti-counterfeiting law.
Brands We Are Authorized to Sell
We carry products from the following manufacturers. Each brand relationship gives us access to genuine inventory, current specifications, and valid manufacturer warranty coverage for every unit we sell.
Brand names and logos belong to their respective trademark owners. Audio Imperial's use of these names is solely to identify and describe genuine products we are authorized to sell, and does not imply manufacture by, or co-ownership with, Audio Imperial or NMG Express LLC.
How We Keep Counterfeit Goods Out of Our Catalog
We apply the following checks before any product is listed for sale or shipped to a customer.
Authorized Sourcing Only
Inventory is purchased exclusively from each brand's official distribution network or the manufacturer directly — never from unverified resellers, liquidators, or unknown third-party marketplaces.
Serial & Packaging Checks
Inbound units are checked for intact factory packaging, correct labeling, and serial numbers consistent with the manufacturer's authorized production for the model and region.
No Used, Refurbished, or Open-Box Stock
We sell new, factory-sealed units only. We do not list refurbished, returned, open-box, or "like-new" inventory as if it were brand new.
Traceable Order History
Every unit we sell can be traced back to its authorized purchase order, allowing us to confirm authenticity for any product if a manufacturer or customer ever raises a question.
Listing Review
Product photos, descriptions, and specifications are checked against official manufacturer material before publishing, so a listing never misrepresents the brand, model, or origin of an item.
Manufacturer Warranty Registration
Because every unit moves through an authorized channel, it qualifies for the manufacturer's standard warranty, which would not be honored for grey-market or counterfeit goods.

Report a Suspected Authenticity Issue
In the unlikely event that you receive a product you believe is not genuine — for example, packaging, labeling, serial numbers, build quality, or performance that does not match the manufacturer's standard — please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to resell, modify, or dispose of the item before we have a chance to review it.
Submit an Authenticity Report
Email our support team with the details below. We take every authenticity report seriously and will investigate with the relevant brand or distributor if needed. Confirmed cases are resolved with a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

The Laws That Govern This Policy
This notice is maintained in line with the U.S. federal laws that specifically address counterfeit goods, trademark protection, and truthful advertising for online retailers.
