All products are sold new, genuine, and through fully authorized distribution channels. We ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states) and operate in compliance with U.S. federal and Florida state consumer protection laws.
This Policy works alongside our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and another published policy, the more specific policy governs the subject matter in question. All policies together form the complete legal agreement between you and NMG Express LLC.

Audio Imperial actively enforces these requirements and reserves the right to cancel orders, close accounts, and decline service to any individual or entity that does not qualify.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase products, or enter into a binding contract with NMG Express LLC. By accessing audioimperial.com and using any of our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use this website under any circumstances, including browsing with the intent to purchase.

Legal Capacity to Contract

U.S. Residency & Shipping Restriction
Audio Imperial ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO military addresses, or any international destination. Accounts must have a valid U.S. shipping address to complete a purchase. Providing a false or non-U.S. address for the purpose of completing a transaction is a violation of this Policy and may constitute fraud.
Disqualifying Circumstances
You are not eligible to use audioimperial.com if any of the following apply:
- You have had an account suspended or permanently closed by Audio Imperial for any reason
- You have been barred from transacting on our platform due to prior fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or policy violations
- You are acting on behalf of any entity or individual that has been previously banned
- You are located in or acting on behalf of a country or territory subject to U.S. government trade sanctions or export control restrictions

One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one personal account with Audio Imperial. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether to circumvent account suspensions, gain repeat promotional discounts, abuse any offer or coupon, or for any other reason — is a violation of this Policy and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual, including the forfeiture of any pending orders.
Account Not Transferable
Your Audio Imperial account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person or entity, either temporarily or permanently. Sharing account access with others for the purpose of purchasing products is also prohibited. If you wish to close your account, contact us at support@audioimperial.com.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your password. However, platform security does not remove your personal obligation to secure your own account credentials.
Password Standards
You should create a strong, unique password for your Audio Imperial account — one that is not shared with any other website or service. Suspicious Login Attempts

- Providing false billing or shipping information to circumvent payment security checks or fraud detection systems
- Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with your financial institution for orders that were legitimately fulfilled by Audio Imperial — commonly known as "friendly fraud" or "chargeback fraud"
- Using compromised or stolen account credentials belonging to another person to access audioimperial.com or place orders
- Impersonating another person, company, or entity when creating an account or placing an order
- Misrepresenting the purpose of a purchase (e.g., claiming personal use when purchasing for commercial resale) to avoid order review or volume restrictions
Technical Attacks & Platform Abuse

- Price gouging: purchasing in-demand products and reselling them at inflated prices through any channel

- Creating fictitious or multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, discount codes, or any customer loyalty benefits
Communications Abuse
- Sending unsolicited, commercial, or promotional messages of any kind using any contact information obtained from audioimperial.com (in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.)
- Engaging in harassment, abuse, threats, or discriminatory conduct toward any Audio Imperial employee, customer service representative, or other user
- Submitting false product reviews, fake customer testimonials, or other deceptive user-generated content (in violation of the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, 16 C.F.R. Part 255)
Federal Law Notice: Fraudulent activity on audioimperial.com may constitute criminal offenses under multiple federal statutes, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the Wire Fraud statute (18 U.S.C. § 1343), and the Identity Theft Enforcement and Restitution Act. Audio Imperial cooperates fully with law enforcement in the investigation and prosecution of fraud, and reserves the right to pursue civil remedies, including damages and injunctive relief, against any party engaged in prohibited conduct.
All purchases made through audioimperial.com are governed by the terms set out in this section. Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase the relevant product at the listed price, subject to acceptance by Audio Imperial.
Order Process
When you add a product to your cart and proceed through our Shopify-powered checkout, you will be asked to confirm your shipping address, select a payment method, and review your order summary before submitting. Submitting your order by clicking the final purchase button constitutes a binding offer to purchase. Audio Imperial will send an automated order confirmation email to the email address on your account or entered at checkout. Pricing

Pricing Errors
Audio Imperial makes every effort to ensure that pricing on our website is accurate. However, pricing errors can occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, data entry mistake, or technical glitch, Audio Imperial reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. Order Cancellation by You

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests made before an order has been dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been handed to our carrier and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return under our published Return & Refund Policy once the item has been delivered.
Sales Tax
Audio Imperial collects applicable sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a tax nexus, in compliance with the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (2018) and the applicable state economic nexus laws. The applicable sales tax amount, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Tax rates are determined by the shipping destination address and are subject to change in accordance with state law.
Audio Imperial accepts payment through secure, recognized payment methods processed through our Shopify-powered checkout. Chargeback Policy

Limited License to Use the Website

Grounds for Suspension or Termination
- Violation of any provision of this Policy, our Terms of Service, or any other published policy
- Submission of false or fraudulent information at any stage of the account or purchasing process
- Use of a stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment method
- Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for an order that was legitimately fulfilled

Temporary Suspension
In some circumstances, Audio Imperial may temporarily suspend your account access while we investigate a potential policy violation or security incident. During a temporary suspension, you will not be able to log in, place new orders, or access your order history. If we determine that the suspension was unwarranted, your account will be reinstated promptly. We will attempt to notify you of a temporary suspension and its reason unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
Permanent Termination
Where a violation is confirmed to be severe, deliberate, or repeated, Audio Imperial may permanently close your account and ban you from creating future accounts or making purchases from our website. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, we may also report your details to relevant authorities and seek civil remedies.
Effect of Termination on Existing Orders
Account termination does not automatically cancel orders that were placed before the termination decision, unless those orders are themselves the subject of the violation (e.g., a fraudulently placed order). Legitimate orders placed before an account termination that were not the cause of the termination will generally be fulfilled or resolved in accordance with our standard policies. Refunds on cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting us at support@audioimperial.com. We will process your request within a reasonable time frame. Account closure does not delete your order history immediately, as we may be required to retain certain records for legal, tax, and accounting purposes in accordance with applicable law.
Section 12 — Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance Protection of Minors
Audio Imperial’s website and all products it sells are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Our website is not directed at, designed for, or marketed to children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq., and the FTC’s implementing regulations (16 C.F.R. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, and if no arbitration agreement applies, you agree that any lawsuit, legal proceeding, or claim arising out of this Policy or your use of audioimperial.com shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Florida, USA, or in the applicable U.S. federal district court for the Middle District of Florida. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for any such proceedings and waive any objection to inconvenient forum.
