The Only Grounds for Removing a ReviewAudio Imperial will only remove a published review if it:
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, personal threats, or profane and offensive language directed at individuals
- Is factually confirmed to be fraudulent — i.e., submitted by a person who did not purchase the product and is fabricating an experience
- Is determined to be a competitor submission, a bot-generated submission, or a review submitted in clearly coordinated bad faith

Every Review Is Reviewed by a Human Before Going Live

Review Submitted

Reporting a Fake or Suspicious Review
How to Report a Review You Believe Is Inauthentic or Fraudulent
Audio Imperial relies on our customer community to help us maintain the integrity of our review platform. If you read a review on audioimperial.com that you believe is fake, inauthentic, fraudulent, or in violation of our review policies — for example, a review that appears to have been written by a competitor, a bot, or a person without genuine experience of the product — we encourage you to report it to us immediately.
How to Submit a Report- Email: Send a report to support@audioimperial.com with the subject line "Suspicious Review Report". Include the product page URL, a copy or screenshot of the review in question, and the specific reason you believe the review is inauthentic.
- Phone: Call us at +1 888-865-1086 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) and ask to speak with our customer support team about a review concern.
- Live Chat: Use the live chat function on audioimperial.com during business hours to flag a suspicious review in real time.
- We will acknowledge your report within 2 business days
- A member of our team will conduct a thorough re-investigation of the flagged review against our verification records and content standards
- If our investigation confirms the review is inauthentic, we will remove it from our website and take appropriate action against the associated account
- We will inform you of the outcome of our investigation within 10 business days
- In cases involving coordinated review fraud, we will report the activity to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov
⚠ Submitting a false report about a legitimate review in order to have it removed constitutes an attempt to interfere with our review integrity process and may constitute defamation or tortious interference under Florida law. All reports are logged and the reporter's identity is noted. If a pattern of bad-faith reporting is identified, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
