Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from support@audioimperial.com with your purchase details.
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment locations.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours.
Shipping & Delivery

We ship to physical addresses within the United States only. PO Boxes are not accepted.

Orders ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large or oversized items may ship via freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

Tracking Your Order
You may track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@audioimperial.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide 3–5 photos or a short video showing the issue. Verified replacements will be processed promptly. Return shipping or freight pickup costs for damaged items are covered by Audio Imperial.
Missing Orders
Allow 5–10 business days for delivery after shipment. If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located, we provide a one-time replacement after review.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they must follow our Return Policy.
