Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted unless the delay was caused by us.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Once approved, you may:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide 3–5 photos or a short video showing the issue. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped. Return shipping costs are covered by Audio Imperial. Replacement delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

To exchange an item:

Non-Delivery
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

We provide a one-time replacement after review if your package cannot be located. If delivered to an incorrect ZIP code, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order must follow our return policy.
