Order Processing & Shipping
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipment. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately.
Shipping Methods
Small items will ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and usually do not require a delivery signature.
Large or heavy items will ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment is in your area.
Delivery Timeline

Some items may require additional time to prepare for shipment. These products will ship out in 2-3 business days from the time they are processed.
Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number. Ground orders typically take 1-5 business days for delivery. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery Appointment
For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the shipment.
Receiving Your Shipment
Please inspect your shipment for any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage, mark the delivery receipt with “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW,” take photos of the damage, and contact us within 2-3 business days.
