Return Process

Email support@audioimperial.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return. -
Receive Return Instructions
Our team will reply with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. -
Ship Your Item
Carefully package the product in its original box and shipping materials.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insured carrier, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost or damaged during return shipping. -
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge if they haven’t yet shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Restocking Fees
While we rarely charge restocking fees, certain returns may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee if:
